looking at a kemp chipper can't find any info on it I have a 60 hp tractor,man wants $500, will it work on my tractor and is it a fair price thanks

I'd stay away from it as I own a 5 hp Kemp chipper/shedder. I was notified by the company about 5 yrs. ago. That they were going out of business and wouldn't be making replacement parts.

A 60 hp tractor seems mighty big for a chipper. We have one which will take 5 in stuff and it is limited to 30 hp. Don't have any experience with a Kemp, is it a power feed? Power feeds do use a lot of power, but I doubt you can buy one for $500.
