Well I bought a NH 320 baler with hydraulic tensioners and electric controls. Does anyone know if this is one of the later made models of the 80's. It has a model 58 thrower on it and I was wondering if any of you guys had experience with these throwers and do they work good?

I also have a 320 hayliner. I took the electric tensioner off, It was locked up and I needed to get the belt tight like now. Mine has a 70 thrower that works great. The only problem I ever have is the knotter getting clogged with twine and not tying but it usually last for only a few bales then works it self out. It's probably my ground speed or rail tension rather than a problem with the bailer, If I know theres a cold beer at the end of the rainbow I start bailing to fast :) Git er done

There a serial# break. The later ones had HD knotters that you could unbolt from the crossshaft & remove the assy.
