I have a KBA disk I think that's what it is but not for sure. It is the KB series. The outside blades are 16 inch and all the others are 18 inch but the same number which is K1684B. I need to replace the blades on one gang. Is this right or should they all be the same diamater. Thanks for your help.

Originally the blades were all the same diameter. Some people use a smaller blade on boith the front and rear outer position so the disk doesn't ridge as bad.
Does she try to "walk" on you when in road gear?I used to chain one side fast to cut out the wiggle on the road.

Thanks for your help. Yes it does wabble in road gear. I'm hoping that the blades are worn and not the shaft. What I don't understand is that the part number is the same for both 16 and 18 inch blades. I found 3 different part numbers on the blades on only one gang. What can I expect or look for as far as the bearings are concerned when I take this apart?

Can't help you with the part numbers unless some are worn down to 16".There used to be people who came around and sharpened disk blades. They made them look like new that way.If memory serves me well, the KBA used white iron bearings.Just a white iron spool in a cast iron hosing.
