Tryimg to get blades off Woods mower-need help

I have a woods 5ft 3 pt cutter. I am trying to get blades off to sharpen. I have the plate off the top, the bolt out, the jam piece off, the two plates off and don't find anything else to remove but the blade will not come off. There is a round shaft that appears to be the only thing holding the blade on. I have lubricated it plenty and tried to hammer it out but don't want to damage anything.

thanks guys for all the help. The blades are very good and should last a while. I found my angle grinder and got under and sharpened the blades, but I did put the pentrating oil to the pin and hopefully when I need to take the blades off they will be easier to get off. I would have used the angle grinder earlier but it was misplaced.

Whee are all the guys who harp about Woods blades being a snap to remove/change? I think this arrangement sucks. Gonna take lots of heat on the blade bar, sooner or later, to get the pins out. Use never-sieze at reassembly. Tooo bad they weren't smart enough to put the hole in the deck directly above the pin so you could get a direct hit on it.

I have that same mower and agree with the others in terms of leaving it on is easier. That said, mine also stuck at first, it is simply rust on the pin. I used plenty of pentrating oil and a torch to heat it up. Let the oil work, may take several days and repeated heating. Don"t overheat because you could affect the temper of the steel. Hammer square to the pin so you do not head over the pin. When it finally moves any, reapply oil and hammer it back up to work in the oil. Repeat back and forth until it finally has real movement. When it comes apart wire brush and use never seize. The advantage to fixing it now is that eventually you will need to change blades.

To each his own, but man that's a lot of unnecessary work if the objective is just to sharpen the blades.

Don't take them off..... too much trouble. Get a 4" grinder (harbor freight for $19 on sale), raise the mower and block it, lay down on a creeper or big piece of cardboard and grind away....piece of cake and fast too.
