I have this bale wagon i want to sell. Can someone give me a price i should be asking for it? Im thinking $350. The running gear is not a John Deere, its a David Bradley, but it is a very good running gear.

Got it sold! in reply to I Bleed Green, 05-29-2005 09:03:52

Thanks for the help guys. I had it on the end of my driveway. Someone stopped in and offered $300 CASH! I helped hook it up to his truck, and was glad to see it go down the road.

I need to go west for wagons! Here in PA your looking $2-400 just for running gear at auctions depending on condition. Most people want $900-1500 for good wood wagons

Im also from NE Wi. I have been offered $300 for it. Maybe that is more right then $350. Most farmer around here no longer bale hay, so the market for bale wagons is kind of poor. Im only trying to get some stuff out of my way, but if i can't get $300 or more for it, i'll just put it back in the shed!!

I'm the same way w/ a 14' Glencoe we have for sale. It has IH levelers on back, maybe 150 acres on the points, and nobody wants to pay a thing for it. We want $500. People can't even be polite about thinking that's too much. Yesterday I hooked on w/ our 285 and worked some ground with it and parked it back behind the barn.

I was at a sale a week ago and there was a wagon like that without a backstop and it had a NH running gear and it brought $450.
