IH hay rake parts

I have an IH hay rack, model 15 or 35, not sure which. I raked the other day and missed quite a bit of hay. I replaced about 10 teeth but am missing 12-13 teeth. Where can I find the holders for the teeth? I hope that'll make a huge differance, I need those before I can replace the teeth. I have it set so the teeth are about 1-2" above ground, bottoms out a lot. Also, it is pretty loud, what might that be from? My friend's JD rake is very quiet. So far my old steel wheeled rake is quieter and does a better job than my new rake.

I have drilled, tapped and installed grease fittings at the bearings on the end of the bars. Make sure the gear box is full of oil. The gear boxes are easy to rebuild with off the shelf parts from NAPA. The teeth are dreadily available from fram stores.

not sure but I'd think the teeth holders would be the same as other rakes. Why is it noisy? Is something bent and rubbing?

Thanks, I'll look at a some other rakes, see if the holders will interchange. I know one of the bars is bent slightly, not enough to hit anything. The joint where the bars meet the end disks are very worn on most of the joints. The bolts have been worn quite a bit. I assume there are bearings in there, is there a way to grease them, or just work on replacing the worn bolts?

there should be a bearing there. Depending on what rake you have it could be a sealed bearing/bolt assembly. you will need new ones. 4 or 5 bars, both ends, lots of $. If you only need a couple let me know. I think I have a few.

if you get the rubber mounted teeth you dont need the holders. Any farm store will have them
