The fertilizer question is more involved. I assume you have the high rate auger and are planting 30 inch rows. There are also low rate and extra high rate augers. The low will not get up to 200 lbs/acre, and the high rate will not go that low. Look on the right side auger as looking from the rear of the planter. The inside auger section should be a 472424R1 for the high rate. The low rate is 472420R1. Extra high rate 483533R1. The chart shows an 8T driver sprkt and 15T driven sprkt for 190 lbs/acre. The next closest is 230 lbs/acre using a 12T driver and 18T driven. As stated earlier, this is for 30 inch rows and high rate auger.

Best I recall, at least 9" pressure. Less than that and it might not plant at all. Mine did that, its no longer in use. You will probably have to swab out the pressure equalizing hose from the drum to the seed tank and tighten up the seams around the middle of the seed tank to get pressure high enough.

The herbicide/insecticide boxes won't do any where near 200 # of fertilizer to the acre. I don't have any other fertilizer attachment or books so I can't say.
