NH 55 PTO drive shaft?

Are the drive shafts still available for the NH 55? Any other sources for one besides NH? Any idea what one costs? Mine is worn badly were the square tubing goes together and the yoke is worn.

Yes, they are still available. Get ready for a "little" over $100. However, I have "sort of" fixed them in the past. Take it to a friend or weld shop and they can slide shims up in the tube and weld them fast. It is kinda a farmer fix, but it has been done before. Good luck, Steve

Pto shafts are a fairly universal thing. Just go to your local dealer, can be any brand, and bring the old one along. Chances are they can hook you up, and I'd be willing to bet the new one will have Weasler cast in it, as well as the old one on there now.
