Does anyone know what size this model is (7ft or 9ft) and will it work with a Ford 861 with remote hydraulic hookups. Thanks for any help.

Make sure the sealed bearings on the conditioner rolls are in good shape and not spun on the shaft.

We had a '65 5000 that matched real well to a 469, the '66 3000 was not enough. Never tried the 851, did not have a remote cylinder on it. NH made a self propelled 10' cutter with a red tiger 172 on it, same as your 861.

The NH469 is a 9' cut haybine. Your 861 will handle it well. The 7 foot version is 467.

Any idea what they sell for? I have no idea what they are worth. I would guess $500-$800 depending on condition. Am I too high....too low?

Around these parts a good one at a dealer would start at double that. But that's 'here', where you are or that particular unit might be high in your area. Hard to say.

I don't like to give opinions on value for a variety of reasons, but if you could find one in your range in good serviceable condition, it would pay for itself fairly quickly. An exceptional one may fetch more, a poor one is worth way less..... ...

Make sure the rubber on the rollers isn't cracked and coming off. You can't get new rollers for the 467 and 469 from NH as of last September.
