Try web site-www.wisconsinhistory.org/libraryarchives/ihc/
This will give you paint committee decisions on colours.
There are also brochures of the period in colour, advertised on ebay occassionally. That is where I obtained my copy,

I got a photo copy of parts list for mine from the Case-IH publications dept. several years ago. Many parts are available still from farm supply or tractor supply stores. Universal guards, wear plates, grass boards, and pitman arms. We just went by what paint was visible still on ours and painted it red with white wheels. I don't know if any had the old gray or blue on them or not? IH history book shows there was some lettering on seat support iron. Can't read it or tell if is model 7 or McCormick Deering?

1929-39 MD #7 sulky mower. I don't have a clue as to whether there are parts on this that you could still get at your Case IH dealer but if there are, I would bet it is only sickle parts. Paint would probably be the same as same vintage tractors but not sure on that either. Looks like a nice mower if you have something to pull it with.
