3 pt rake on fast hitch

Trying to sell a Ferguson DEO-25 rake, which was made for 3 pt hitch. Had a guy call last night who has all Farmall equipment with fast hitch. We both agreed it wouldn't fit his tractors. But then after a minute, he says he might be able to weld something up to make it work. He's coming over on Saturday to look at it.

Any ideas/suggestions? Can something like that be done easily? I sort of hate to see a good DEO-25 get modified, but I don't need two rakes and do need the cash.

thanks for any ideas,
Tom A

I"m running a NI 5 bar 3pt rake on a Farmall 200 which has the 2pt hitch. Am using Worksaver"s 3pt conversion which has two arms that plug into the 2pt wishbone, and a bracket attaching to back of tractor in place of belt pulley, for top link. Only problem I had was that I had to shorten the PTO shaft, as it was too long for the short coupling of the 2pt/3pt setup. Works fine for me!
see worksaver.com for drawings and specs on their product. Could probably be duplicated by anyone with a competent blacksmith shop.

I've seen some conversion tongs on the bottom of this page once or twice, they'll convert the 2pt. to a 3pt.

Several comppanies make 3 pt conversions for the Farmal fast hitch. I don't beleive it would be difficut to build one. Search some of the Farmall websites or the tractor parts sites. There should be some there.
