The tag next to the steering box reads

Farmall [ Then scratched,, but I think it ics a C ]

Can anyone tell me what year,, what manual to order for timming, oil capasities , chutch replacement and such...

PS: anyone know the timming speck"s and procedure off the top of there head..

Hi - I own all three tractors CUB, A, C, so if you can send me a picture or describe it, as is the main body centered or off to the left, seat sits on a post or flat. The ID tag for cub is on the steering box as the A & C are under the seat.
Hope this helps and you can check this web site for the vin# to get the year. Happy tractoring !

I'm no Farmall expert, but here are my suggestions:
1. Ask this question on the Farmall board. I think you'll get better and more informed responses than here on the Implement board. Scroll up to the top and look for the dialog box that says "Hop to:", click on the pull down arrow and select "Farmall".
2. If the seat is offset from the center of the hood, it's probably a Cub or an A. If not, it's probably a C. I'm pretty sure a Cub tag is located on the right side of the frame up front along the bottom edge. I think a C tag is on the box kind of under the seat.
3. Once you determine what model it is, click on "Serial Numbers" in the column of links on the left side of the screen. Follow the links until and you'll be able to figure the age of your tractor. Good luck!
