deere plow hydraulic steering

anyone understand how the plow steering works ? are these components expensive to fix ? seems like the plows sell cheap because not many people have triple remotes. are there any good manuals on these components ?

You only need the three point and one remote lever. They lift with the three point hitch for the front and a seperate remote for the tail wheel. The hydraulic steering is done by a small cylinder on the hitch bar that actuates the steering cylinder on the tail wheel without any in put by the operator, no other hyd supply is needed, under normal operation the tail wheel lifting pressure will keep the steering system "charged" . I am referring to a #2800 plow I had in the past. It did use a third remote to operate the variable width adjustment.
