Case 3pt, 3 bottom trip plow

I posted this on the Case board, but no response. Anyone know anything about a Case 3 point 3 bottom trip plow? I found one in the weeds, works good but needs some parts. I can't find any identifying marks, other than what is left of a Case sticker. The plow is three point, with what looks like a drawbar as the lower three point mounts. There is a steel adjusting/stabilizing rod from the top link to the plow frame. Any help most appreciated.

I have one of those. It's a MTB series plow. The 3-16 version is a MTB 36.
