It is my understanding that Kuhns makes these cutters, their must be a better place to buy parts than Mother Deere. Beleive me when I say any help will be appreciated! By the way it has a broken spindle and the part the blades bolt to is missing.

I was told by a John Deere dealer last year that John Deere disc mower cutter bars were made by Kuhn, but the parts did not interchange. Also, I looked at a cutaway display of the JD mower at a large farm show and it was obiviously not a Kuhn. HOWEVER, last week I went by a John Deere dealer and they had a 3ph Kuhn mower with Green paint and the John Deere name on it. So things change. I suggest you do a search for the nearest Kuhn dealer and ask him about parts. I"m not familiar with the JD260 mower. Good luck. KEH
