I am having problems with the lift wheel dragging on the ground and not wanting to turn. Does anyone have a picture of the inside of the hub so I can see if any thing is missing or broken. Eventually the wheel will turn and the plow will drop you just can't set it all the way down. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The wheel may be smooth? I wonder if you need to put some lugs on the wheel that is dragging. I did that to mine with some small angle iron drilled and bolted to the wheel. Super good now. After you clean it up, that may halp.

I doubt that anything is broken, the hub is probably packed full of old, hard grease, dirt, and who knows what else. Take the wheel off and then you can take off the outer portion of the hub. Clean it out real good, and then grease it with new, fresh grease. It should work just like new again.
