rubber tail wheel for IH no. 8 drag plows?

I am looking to buy a rubber tail wheel for a IH # 8 3 bottom drag plows. Went to local tire shops nothing. Does any one know where I might get one? 3.50-12

Just buy a tread worn 4:80x12" boat trailer tire, one that is no longer servicable for road will last long time on plow and work good

I put a 4.00-12 on my 2-16 No.8 plow and it works good. I think it even works better as the tire is wider and the dirt dosent seem to build up around the bead as much. Dirt around the bead is what causes most of those tire failures.

Where are you located? I'm just west of Des Moines, Iowa. I got a new tire for my sickle mower last summer from a town close by, think it is about the same size. Owner said he only knew of one tire manuf. that still made the size I needed. Let me know and I can check or give you his number.

My local parts man told me 3.5 x 12 are no longer make. He said a 4 x 12 would fit on the rim.
