Need some advise. I want to mow marsh grass along a river bank. What is best to use? Sickle mower? If so, what do I need to know about them? I have a JD 4400, 36HP. Ralph

Maybe you need some sheep to mow the grass and some goats to eat the weeds that the sheep don't get.

That is way too generalized of a statement. In a few areas I agree with you , but I have been asssited by the MN DNR many times and I have not been upset with the advice they gave, they steered me in the right way to improve things and prevented me from making a mistake that violated state or federal laws. The political agenda of some of the higher ups i worry about, but there are far more other groups out there I worry want to take my rights. To me if some ones fears the DNR or other law enforcement , there doing something they shouldnt.
