Improve dump handle on dirt scoop?

I got a dirt scoop last week.
This thing is great. I have already got a lot of use out of it.
I tied a rope to the dump handle so I can dump it from the tractor seat.
But the rope is hard to pull and I have broke the rope twice already.
Has anyone came up with a better setup for this.

Pooh Bear there is really no need to get up in the clouds about this as that little trip handle is a piece of perfection just as it is. Trick is not to have a load on it when you go to dump. Way you do this is just let the lift down to touch ground just as you pull the rope. If dumping backwards the scoop will flip over as quick as you can use the clutch. If dumping forward hold a few ounces of tension on the rope as you let the scoop down to touch ground (releasing load on the dump latch) and then raise the lift fast to dump. Little practice will make that scoop as sociable fellow. Luck now and remember to take the load off

That'll work, but I want an airborne dump and don't want to have to hit the lift..... something else to remember to do while I'm concentrating on other things like watching the front axle to insure that I don't get a tie rod into the radiator shroud/fan blade or alternator fan while crawling over my newly moved pile of whatever..... and an airborne dump is faster.

Up on the top, directly above the handle where you tied the rope, install a v-belt type pulley of about 3 to 4 inches in diameter. Then use like 3/8" soft rope over the pulley to the rear of the tractor and tie it on .

I just stuck a piece of round rod thru the hole in the pulley and welded it to the frame of the scoop. Works great.

I also tied a loop in the rope so that i can grap it rather than just straight rope and it works great.

Lastly, I wanted the scoop to drop reliably and fast after dumping so I welded some iron to the rear of the scoop to make sure that the rear weighed more than the front and she locks right fast now.
