Looking at a #327, less than 30,000 bales, great condition. $6,000. (1985) Any comments, good or bad, about a 327? Is the price reasonable?

I purchased a 327 last year. I think I paid too much($5900). Mine was hardly used at all, the paint on the auger and the pickup looked brand new(and wasn't re-painted). Mine was in tip-top shape for that price and I needed it the next day so I was stuck. But on the other hand I have a hardly used 327 that doesn't give me problem 1 and runs like a deere.... So it may be worth that(I would try for less though).....

I ran one of those units for several years and simply loved it,went to a larger capacity baler and red paint turned out was a BIG mistake wish I had kept the 327. price seems on the high side In my area they are in the high 3 to 4000 range
