The H is a later model with more features F. The 605H could be worth $500-2000 more than the 605F. They both bale the same size bale.

The H baler has many upgrades over the F. The H was the last of that style baler and the F was the earliest. There are 6 bars in the pickup reel, the F only has four. This will help when starting a bale. The H has a constant velocity pto shaft this helps when making turns. The F has a regular U-joint with and inline bearings. The H has double springs and hydrualic tension the F has single springs and hydrualic tension. This means the H will make a tighter bale. The H has a heavier bearing on the lower drive roller. The H came with rubber mounted teeth and the F came with steel teeth. The rubber teeth will last longer and start the bales easier. More than likely as teeth broke on the F they were replaced with rubber. The H is newer and therefore the belts will probably be in better condition.

The Super F and some late F's had 5 pickup bars. I have a straight F with 5

That is correct, there was also an AK kit to change it to a 6 bar reel. I figured I would give him the low specs. just in case.

Went to the NFMS last week. I had never been before wow that show is impressive. Saw Jay, he and his family are doing good. Had the Raleigh show the first part of the month that kept me busy for a while and now trying to catch up here at work. How are things on your side of the mountains?
