I heard of a couple of places that rebuild rolls. If I remember right, one of the places advertized the hay would dry 5o% faster with their design. Anyonre know about this?

Try this place. Mid south roller Clarksville, AR 800 643-8117. They recover rollers for the company that I work for. I am thinking of sending them a roller from our hesston. They can also repair journels.
Good Luck

Redrock Rubber in Pella, Iowa does some rebuilding for some rubber rollers.

Working on my taxes, so a lot of dense stuff between my ears - Circle C or something? Name is floating up there, but not coming out.

What I heard on other boards is that it is real spendy, no savings over replacement rolls, & 2 out of 3 fellows did not think they were any better at curing hay, a little worse actually.

No personal experience.....

Circle C rolls are not rebuilds, but a proprietary design. About 10 grand a pair, depending on machine application. I am not aware of any rebuilders, and have not seen a positive answer to this question when asked previously.
