I"ve been told that the spreader we have is possibly a Massey Harris Model 11 manure spreader. Does anyone know where I can find other pictures of this spreader? Also, would really like to find a manual for it.

I don't have any pictures but, do have the real thing out in the shed. A little twisted from the previous owner letting manure freeze in it and trying to run it the next day but, it still works ok. I replaced all the wood and do not have any decals on it. I should replace the web chain this year.

The black & white picture that I identified your spreader from is in a 1948 Massey Harris Buyers Guide that I have .My scanner is broken or I would post the picture.
Your best bet for finding pictures and an operator's manual would be at some of the antique tractor and machinery shows. There are usually vendors at these shows that can furnish about anything a person would want.If you concentrate on shows that are featuring Massey Harris it is possible you will even see a spreader that is like yours.I would guess your spreader is now a very rare piece and well worth saving.
