Disc Blades-- Notched or Not

I may replace the blades on my 10' tandum disc. Now it has all 16" smooth blades. I would probably replace with 18". What configuration would be the most versitile? All smooth, front notched/rear smooth, front smooth/rear notched or all notched?

If you have allot of stones, dont use notched.

K-Mo, Probably the most wiedly used combo is notched front with smooth rears,

Bret, Go the front page, scroll down to the bottom of the forum section. Click on "Show All Forums" Then go to Tractor and Crop talk.
