Bonjour,
I get from my Dad a 2N and a Lindeman plow.
Infortunatly on the plow the coulter systel was lost, I still have the disk and hub but no coulter frame.
Where can I find the missings parts??
Thank in advance.
Amitis.
Daniel

The Lindeman Company I'm thinking of became part of John Deere around 1950. There could be more than one Lindeman in this world though. I don't know how widespread the sales of John Deere/Lindeman products were, but it's worth a look.

If you wish to use the plow rather than restore it to original parts, often coulters clamp on in about the same way on most plows, so you might be able to pick up a coulter assembly that will fit from a junk tractor dealer for $20 or less.

I just bought one of these plows, it too is missing the coulter mount, as well as the assembly to roll the plow over. The release assembly and catch pin are there but the rest is missing. I looked at a complete plow and the mount for the coulter is no where close to any other plow I have seen. There is a spring that goes from the turning arm to the coulter mount that I'm not sure what it does, and the coulter mount hangs from 2 pins on the plow shaft. I am in the process of trying to find a manual for it so I can make the missing parts so it can turn when raised. It seems to plow fine without the coulter, and had been used that way for years from what the gentleman told me when I bought it. If anyone knows where I can get a manual I would greatly apperciate it.
Ray.
