The seed chart that was with the drill say it is a RB-but after getting a manual I discover that it is not the correct seed chart for this drill-need help with the ID it has 46" steel wheels-10' wide/12 row drill/galvanized seed box cannot find model/serial number anywhere. the following are some casting numbers I found. Y-235-M,Y-234-M,A-529-M,A-530-M,Y-262-M,A-4H-M .
Thank you for any and all help/ps can send picks.

from what i can tell it maybe a model EE or model SS. the EE is fluted forced feed and the SS is a double run feed. the difference between the two is in the bottom of the seed hopper where the seed goes down their made different. if you can send me a pic or drawing, maybe i can help you more. good luck.

Sounds like it may be a model FF. The FF was the first combination drill with steel boxes offered by JD. The serial number was painted on the right of the box near the wheel when standing behind the drill. I own a FF so email me and maybe I can compare your picture to my drill.
