Thinking about haying season and what I need to do to get ready, which got me to wondering about wire prices.. Fifty two dollars a box..Grrrrr r!
It may be time to fix the 24T or go back to stacking, anyone know where I can get a useable hay stacker??

$52 a box doesn�t sound bad. In the mid 70�s (don�t remember the year), CF&I workers went on strike and baling wire was hard to find and well over $50 a roll. We took our truck up to the plant in Pueblo and brought several hundred rolls back for us and some neighbors. When that ran out, all we could get was imported wire that was 14 gauge and it didn�t work good in balers that required 14.5 gauge. I just thought that a roll would be at least $50 by now.
