I have a 47 loader on a 2510. I would say the 47 is a "light" loader. It mounts to the side of the frame, nothing goes back to the rear axle. Mine was a trip bucket loader that was converted to hyd. bucket. I think I have the original bucket, it is 36". The loader cylinders are fairly small. I like the loader because it is fairly easy to take off and put on. It works well for my purpose. However, If I were going to use it hard, I would want a heavier model. I would also check with a JD dealer and make sure the 47 would mount on a 2030. LOL

We have a 48 loader on our 2750 and it does a great job. I don't know the differences between that and a 47 but if it is in good shape (no welds or cracks) it sounds like a good buy.
