what is a nice one worth in your area? i am looking at one that is near perfect. owner claims it has never been rained on. used on small cattle farm-- auction this sat.

Average Wholesale is $6,000-8,500
Average listed Retail: $8,500-$12,500
Average Auction: $5,500-$11,500
Last year of MFG was 1996
In the blind I'd say $7,000-8,000 if it is as good as you say it is.
