I LIVE IN SOUTHERN KENTUCKY AND STARTED A SMALL
AREA OF WF BERMUDA GRASS ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO.
I HAD THE HAY TESTED THIS YEAR AND IT WAS 19%
PROTEIN. GOOD PRODUCTION. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER.

World Feeder is just a bunch of high priced hooplah.

Texas A&M did some field test on it and decided Tifton did just anout as well with less maintenance. Some other species of bermuda did better all the way around.

World Feeder was developed by individuals in Oklahoma and the research and developement data is wishy washy at best.

If you need specific test data check with Dr Inbody or Dr Bade at Texas A&M. Here"s a link for their site.

mdpuller I'm sorry for the double post on the other answer. I went and looked up the world feeder. There's a good comment from the Dr already listed here it is.

I got sucked in on that high priced WF years ago. It does'nt do all that good.

World Feeder is promoted as a super grass with superior yield and drought tolerance, but purdue has done research on these grasses and they are not all gold. World feeder is a bermuda that is Nitrogen hungry, have you priced N lately? Just be careful how carried away you get with planting it before you learn a lot about it, besides what the marketing literature says. Link
