I am looking for information or photos for a John Deere corn binder. The main casting has the number H440H on it. I would like to restore it but need more information than I have been able to find.

If you can take some photos that will guide me into putting mine back together that would be great. I have to build all the wood peices and do not have enough to use as a sample. Also I do not know the model of this unit. All the casting numbers start and end with an H.

It will take me some time to get everything together, email me direct. Do you have a bundle carier or not? It would be a job but I could trace paterns for some of the wood pieces and give measurements for some others, some of it would have to wait till next summer to be able to get tho as I would have to dig it out of the barn. Do you have the toung truck? I do not have that, just a cut down toung for tractor. I think Deere only made one model of horse binder tho they made a pto powered tractor binder.
