YTMag Notification of Replies

I've not been receiving e-mails from YTMag when someone replies to one of my postings. I just discovered that my spam filter was set wrong and I was blocking e-mails from folks I want to hear from, not blocking the spammers. I hope I've solved the problem.

I'd appreciate a reply here on the board to see if I get the notification from YTMag.

Stan: My responce, Did you get an e mail I sent you thim am about 8:22 EST. I had received one from you expressing the same concern with your e mail. The time on it was 6:51 EST. Just checking to be sure you received mine.

Couple of things I've noticed aobut replies: You only get notified if the reply is to your post. If it's to somone elses reply to you, you don't get notified. Of course you have to check the "notify me" box to get the notifications. the ones I have received have come through promptly.

My last reply notification came 10 days after someone replied so I don't put a whole lot of faith in a rapid notification. By the way it's 3 degrees F, 16 C in Boulder Colorado this morning.

Hi Stan, wish you were here...a friggin blizzard here in Exeter, major airports closed all around us, roads closed, white outs..and I got to go feed the cattle...I'm guessing you got temperatures in at least the 70's from the last forecast I saw for the Florida area..Monday it was -30C..a lot of vehicles didn't start that day...have a good Christmas Stan...Mike in Exeter Ontario

Hi Stan, Just to inform you.... sometimes I get a notification, sometimes I don't. I don't depend on it, I just check the board several times a day when I'm waiting for a reply I need. Ron
