I need parts for a Hesston 30A stacker. Is there any companies that recondition them? I need the sheet metal for the hood, louvers and all. It works this way but can't buy a new stacker so have to rebuild this one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i think as far as the chain parts you can get them from shoup but i am not sure about the others.check online and maybe some hesston or j.d. or what ever the other brand was of them may have some spares or used in good condition parts. maybe a fair little cottage industry waiting for the right person!! do you use the flail attatchment to pick up corn stalks? do you use it for hay. lose a lot of leaves? good luck and let us know how it comes out.

I run the flail to do corn stalks but also stack lots of grass hay with it. Works better than them half (or whole) rotten round bales the cows don't eat. Neighbor raked 30' into windrows to bale, that was too slow so he got the Hesston and finished the 20 acres in short order. Thanks for the help and maybe just will do it myself (with a little help from a welder/sheet metal man)
