What is the distance between the pins on a Cat. 1 implement such as a mower, disk etc? Trying to establish a 3-PT for an Allis.

Thanks!

All 3ph specs can be found on the website of the American Society of Agricultural Engineers- www.asae.org.

You have to dig in a little deeper there and you can get all the specs needed as to arm lenght and all the rest of the setup. The 26" distance between arm is just the start as you need to figure in the top link setup as well for proper geometry or you have a real mess.

RJ-AZ, I'm not referring to the pin diameter, but the distance between the pins on the implement. I THINK the "standard" is about 22", but I'm not sure.

Thanks

If you go to the site RJ-AZ suggested you will find the spread needed for the arms, as well as how far past the end of the PTO shaft the end of the arms need to be.

That doesn't sound right. I have numbers floating in my head, I don't want to mislead you but 22 is not floating in here..... I'm thinking 26 inches.....

Thanks Paul. I think 22" is a little short also.
