Restoring a 2-16 No. 8 IH plow. What colors was it originally. What paint I can find looks like it was probably red, white, and blue. Does anyone have a good picture of which parts were painted which colors? thanks

You're, right. The number 8 was red, white and blue. The frame was red, white wheels and blue hub caps. The hitch was also blue. Coulters blue. It seems that no hard and fast rules covered painting of plows and similar implements and there was some variation in paint schemes.
