Potato Plow Angle?

I am fabbing-up a potato plow and want to set the angle of the shovel. Before I take my guess, would anyone know what angle to the ground it should be?

I'm thinking about 30 degrees. The idea to push the potatoes up out of the soil vs against the direction of pull (say 60 degrees) so as not to smash the potatoes as they are being plowed out.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

The blade on my potato digger is very shallow, maybe 15 degrees, but 30* for your plow should work as well.
