King kutter implements

was at farm n fleet today gettin some hydrolic hose and I saw some kingkutter brochures. they
want 289 for a 6foot boxblade
is this a good price
is this a good product. any experiances?

Kig Kutter is a good brand. Tractor Supply Company (TSC) carries a line of reasonably priced utility blades. They have a web site with an index of store locations. Same for Rural King. Also, most independent/used tractor dealers and repair shops carry a line of utility implements. They may also have used blades for sale. Shop around.

I use the 6' King Kutter box blade to maintain over 3/4 mi of gravel drive without any problems. I've also used it to pull roots/stumps out of a reclaimed pasture with only one minor break but this far exceeded the normal use for this product. Going on 3 years of use and abuse with it and I bought it slightly used. Gave $125 for it. Doubt I could buy it for that now...

I've got a King Kutter 7ft scraper blade and a 6ft finish mower. Both work well.

They are not the heavy-duty equipment but fulfill my needs. I mow about 3 acres of lawn and plow snow from nearly 200ft of driveway. I haven't had any trouble unless you count slightly bending the A-frame 3-point mount on the finish mower (gee, I didn't think I was close enough to hook that sign post with the mower!).
