I just picked this baler up cheap. The finger pipe weld assemblies were bent and the cam bearings were chewed up. It looked like it would be easy to fix but I can"t get the pipe weld assemblies off. I removed the 2 cotter pins on each side of the assembly and tried to pull them off. Is the pipe weld assembly one small piece or is it the whole pipe that the pick up fingers are attatched to? Your help is appreciated! Thanks

I wasn't able to follow all your terminology, but the center shaft of the pickup is keyed to the round disc. These usually rust fast so tight that you wind up cutting the shaft to remove it. However, don't be surprised if that shaft is NLA, so be careful. You can try to heat the center of those disc, but I have never been successful. If it was me, I would still cut that shaft and then have a local machine shop make me one. You can press the shaft pieces out of the disc once you have everything removed. Steve
