Does anybody know if you can hook Hydraulics lines to a ford tractor 600. trying to hook up a front snow plow.. ????

There is a small square plate about under the tractor seat. On top of this is bolted a single or twin set of valves, possibly single acting, usually double acting. The lever(s) would typically stick out from under the bottom of the seat a bit. A single, double, or twin pair of hoses typiclly runs to the back of the tractor for quick-coupling the hyd cylinder(s).

There are several different styles of these plates & valves. They all pretty much interchange on all the 100 series Fords.

If you just have a flat plate, all of the above can be added to your tractor. You can find new, reconditioned, or used off a junker units.

Don't be confused by the little Position / Draft lever off to the right side under the tractor seat. This is for setting the 3pt mode of action, and will not run hydraulics.

Yes you can but you need an adaptor plate to do so.

That would get you the thin plate, right? Then you still need the valve(s), fittings, gaskets & O rings, and hose.

Seems like it always ends up $5-600 for the whole outfit?

Or is NH having a deal these days & I need to get there quick???? :)

That's the plate. The rest comes from TSC. You need an open center valve, and 2 rt angle fittings and 2 ea 24" hyd hoses, a bracket to mount to a bolt on the bell housing and 2 QD's.

Cross single (2 way) valve....$100 ish
rt angles 6
Hoses 35
QD's 36
Bracket 10

Looks like a $200 bill will do it. I think my bill was $185 or thereabouts. If you want double remotes, double the price of everything. (Double remotes means there are places for 4 hoses to attach and 2 control valves.....like you have a batwing mower and let each side down/raise separately.)
