I would like to do a complete restoration of the Case 2 bottom plow I purchased the other day. If anyone has any information or pictures of what one should look like that would be great. Thank you. I think it"s a 50"s model? It"s on rubber and is a manual lift.

Daran it sounds like you have a B model plow. The beams are Case red the axles levers and other linkage parts are Case green and the wheels are Case wheel green. E-mail me and I can give you some more info if you like. R Wyler

Thank you. As the plow sits right now its camouflaged. I guess it looked better sitting in the woods that way.

Apparently not too many case people are reading this forum, I am not really into Case equipment, but I think the correct colors would be Case Flambeu Red, and green. Not sure of what the green is called. If you carefully wire brush differant areas on the plow, you should be able to uncover traces of the original paint. This will let you know which parts were red and which parts were green. I am not a big fan of the Van-Sickle brand of paint, but that brand is carried by most of the farm stores, and you should be able to find the colors you need.

Look on the left side of this page, under galleries, click on implement photos, then do a search for case plow. There are some pics of restored case plows, not any good close-ups, but you should be able to get an idea.
