I made this offer on the Implement line and I thought I would make it here. I have a threshing machine, a Goodison , made in Sarnia Ontario, sold throughout Michigan and Ohio, in good condition, stored inside all its life, including belts...FREE to anyone, any historic group or museum. I believe it was built in 1922. It would tip 3 tons at least. I thought I had a home for it at the Lambton county museum but they already had two Goodisons, although they were interested enough to send two curators out to look at it. You would need a substantial machinery float to move it. I can easily get it out of the barn where it has sat for the last 56 years. If you know any one or group that would be interested please respond to my post or e-mail me, phone me(519)235-2045. This is a sincere and genuine offer to anyone who loves farm equipment of the past. I find I could use the room for hay storage but will not let the machine sit outside. Hopefully someone knows a historical group that would like a working machine....Mike in Exeter Ontario

Mike - I'll contact members of the Walpole Antique Society to see if they would be interested. They're based in Jarvis Ont -- South of Hamilton, near Lake Erie. They have an extensive collection of equipment and tractors , but may be interested. Should know early next week. Jim
