JD Disc parts

I have an older JD 7ft tandem 3pt disc that is going to need a new or good used cast greasible hub that hold the disc axle onto the frame. I don't know the correct name for the part but hope that explains it. Does anybody know if JD has those parts for older discs? The JD part no on it is B12874B

That part is called a "boxing". Mother Deere will WOW and amaze you with the parts they have on hand. But for the "yes or no", you're gonna have to call your dealer. John

Thanks Indydirtfamer, That was one fast response. I no sooner posted that and checked to see if it on and your response was there as well.
I will give mother Deere a call tomorrow. They are about an hour away.

I looked at a couple old manuals I have, and that casting will be common to several models of JD disc's. Good chance Deere will still carry it. I ordered a bunch of parts to an RWA wheel disc last spring. Suprisingly enough, they ALL were stock items. That's the beauty of owning John Deere equipment. They are seldom ever "obsolete". John

My dealer had the cast hub for the letter series disks in stock. The bearings are spendy, Shoup has the bearings for a little less.

Just a follow up. JD only has the upper part of the bearing for $90.00 Can. I only need the upper part so am OK there.
