Question on Haybuster N.T. drill

I just bought a 107 Haybuster drill w/ 2700 acres on it and some of the leading disc was were loose so i thought i would replace the double roller bearing in them and when i took them apart the bearing was good but it was loose in the 6 bolt housing so do i have to replace the whole thing or can i loc-tite or spot weld the bearing to keep it from moving and re-install and use.The whole thing cost $50 in the Shoup catalog so it would add up very quickly!!

CCM sells the complete unit with the HD Bearings for $38 each. Likely your bearing holders have been reused.
