How much do older newholland hayliner haybines usually go for in good shape? My dad has passed and someone is interested in it. Mom and I were thinking a thousand maybe???? Help us out if you can thanks

conditions of rollers are the main thing that seem to determine value- I am in CNY also and have seen 489"s go from $500 to $1500 depending on shape of rollers- is the rubber good on the one you have? If so I might be interested in it.

Central New York, no idea on the year, 80's would be a good guess, I think it is a 489, I'll have to look next time I have a minute and post back, Dad kept it up well though, it is painted up, clean and has new belts and bushings. I really hate to see it go. Thanks all

around here in Penna. small haybines bring good money. a 472 NH in very good condition will fetch better then $3,000.

Model number, condition, and location? Makes a big difference. Seen them from $200 - 4000, depending on the above.

NH 489, guess about late '80's. Had to redo sickle bar, guides, Ujoint (lots of work there). Paid $1200 and glad to get it as they are scarce around my area.
