does anyone know where you can find the links for the chain that shakes the dirt from the potatoes im not shure what make it is but i have seen same type chain on alot of old diggers yhis one is 24" wide.

If you cant find any locally there are several manufacturers you can try contacting. Acme mfg, Broekema Beltway, and Noffsinger Mfg can be found on the internet they make both hook and belted chain but you will probably have to order enough chain to replace all your chain instead of just getting a few links but that is usually the best way to go anyhow

You might try Bermuda King in Kingfisher, OK. They use potato chains on their sprig diggers, various widths. www.bermudaking.com

Try Roeter's in Michigan or Market Farm Implement in Pennsylvania. You will need to know the length and the diameter. Last ones I bought were about $2 per link.

Look on the chain, it should have a number, take the number to pretty much any good ag supply place and you will find the chain,,,Jim
