Front loader bucket size

I recently tore up my fel bucket. I want to replace it with a bigger one. It is an old manual trip bucket I converted over to hydraulic. It was originally on a 460 row crop. The current bucket is only 40 in. It also is shallow with manure forks on it. The loader frame is real strudy an I think would take a much bigger bucket. The tractor is a 300 utility. Can this tractor handle a 6 or 7 foot bucket?

IRV I have a loader on a 706 with 11l by 15 tires three rib, it has a 7 ft bucket, and judging from that I would say you should stay with a 5 ft maybe 6ft. With it full of dirt setting still the wheels are a little hard to turn and it squishes the tires down a little.

Sid, I haven"t been there for several years,but plan on going this year. I was going to go on Friday, but that was before I discovered I would be going the wrong week end so I will go on Saterday.
