Hey Kyle,

Yes, your power-trowl should lift that heavy old honker just fine.

But, oh my goodness. Aren't you really opening up a can of worms with the starting issue?

There just is NO room in there with that picker mounted. And gettin' down to those pet-cocks is gonna be another treat!

Tryin' to help,

Allan

The hydraulics that are needed are through the rock shaft. Had a B and 60, never an A, but the B had the rock shaft so I assume the A will too.

Can't answer about the hand crank for sure, but, mounted on the 60, there wasn't any clearance anywhere for hand cranking.

It's still taking up a spot in the shed, haven't used it for over 30 yrs.

You will need hydraulics. I think that it will mount OK but I don"t recollect that the 237 had a provision to allow for hand cranking. You could always park it on a hill and coast start it or pull it with another tractor to fire it up.
Don"t know what the weight is but an A will handle it very well.
