have an old Ford disc and have broken one of the spoollers, the shaft slides through this spooler which is held in place by a collar. Anyone know where I can get another spooller?

I would try a New Holland dealer. Most of the old Ford stuff is still available.

I think you'll find it's a White built disc and parts should be available at an AGCO dealer and maybe even TSC.

The disc has a plate on it that says Ford it is a 10"wide double ganged disc. Will White disc parts work?

Probably not as probably made to early and be a lot lighter weight version but that spool unless it is a bearing spool could be a universal part avaible from most makes, just measure the axle diameter and length and at a parts yard you may find one to fit
