I"m looking for a good solid baler for a JD 620. I have 1 hyd remote. This is to be a backup for my primary setup of a 4230 and nh 575 baler. Any suggestions of makes and models for this use?

For the 620 you want a John Deere. If you ever wondered why John Deere balers have the large, side mounted flywheel, it is because balers like the 14T which was what John deere sold when the 620 was new, needed the big, heavy flywheel. Their tractors were two cylinder, and the flywheel smoothed things out. Deere never bothered to change their balers. Why mess with something that works! I'd not recommend a 14t, however. I'd say that if you intended to USE the baler, you should look for a 336.

Something with a very heavy flywheel. The side mounted wheels on the Deere balers smooth out the power pulses best.
