I managed to break a rear gang axle on my disc over the weekend. Does anyone have a suggestion about where to get a replacement?

They can be welded.

You might call Shoup Manufacturing @ 1-800-627-6137. I've gotten several replacement parts from them. You may need to give them measurements from your old axle. They had one for an old JD I had a few years ago.

klinkers, Get that gang disassembled and run by your local machine shop. They should be able to build you a new one , fairly reasonably. I had a new one made for a Krause B-2-11. The shaft was about 5ft long, got a new one w/ threads and a new castle nut for about $110. that was 2 yrs ago. Will be higher now though. Still I"ll bet it will be cheaper than going through the dealer. Good Luck,
John A.
